J&T Shipping Monitor Privacy Policy

Updated 8 September 2026

J&T Shipping Monitor is a private operations tool for the operator's stores, including Aristoclassy. This policy describes the Google integration used for shipment synchronization and order-risk review.

Google information accessed

The tool requests read-only Gmail access to find recent J&T login verification emails and extract login codes. This permission technically allows reading email; the implemented login workflow searches recent messages from the configured sender. It requests Google Sheets access to read configured order sheets and write risk scores and explanatory notes. Separately authorized Apps Script installation workflows can manage the order-risk review scripts.

How information is used

Verification codes are used to sign in to the J&T portal. Order information and shipment evidence are used to assess delivery risk, update configured spreadsheets, and maintain the operator's Shopify checkout risk controls.

Storage and service providers

Google authorization tokens are stored in the operator's scheduled-runner environment. Shipment and risk information is stored in the application's operational database and used by its Shopify integrations. Configured order sheets retain written risk results. Google, Shopify, J&T, and the application's hosting providers process information as required for these workflows.

Access and removal

The operator can revoke the application's access in Google Account settings. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not itself erase existing shipment records or spreadsheet results. Operational records are retained for shipment tracking and risk review; contact the operator to request review or removal.
